“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.”

Remember Dr. Baric (UNC Chapel Hill) testing "vaccines" for Covid before Covid was a thing.

The W.H.O. shipping Covid-19 "tests" back in 2017, via their own documents?

David Martin's presentation where the "spike protein" was patented in the early 2000s, or SARS being patented before it was "discovered?" That none of this was "new" or "unique."

Or all the stock market moves before the virus was "released," not unlike the moves prior to 911?

Event 2-01? The Chinese recalling ships carrying PPE before the virus was known?

The list is endless, and even if some of it is "disinformation," is all of it?

The answer is NO.

Perhaps someone had a prescient moment but didn’t dare tell others they’d been sent a “message” for what was coming, name and all? You know they’d have been labeled a conspiracy theorist. 🤔 JK. We all know the US government is responsible for this intentional mess. You have to begin killing billions somehow, so why not with some lab created chimeric pathogen, which serves multiple purposes to run your psy op.

Just when I think the corruption can’t get any deeper, it does.

Ummm, because they wanted to kill off a billion Chinese?

As much as I distrust and despise people who so cavalierly risk everyone with their "research" I need to throw out an alternate possibility.

Because in some situations it takes a long time to create a new contract the government routinely takes existing contracts and modifies the Statement of Work, the projects, or even the contract name. Many "umbrella" contracts are intentionally designed to allow this. They are awarded, say with a 5 year period of performance with a contract defining an umbrella of activities that can be done, and as needs arise modifications are made to execute specific projects under that umbrella contract.

This doesn't speak to the veracity of the rest of the article, but without the initial contract Statement of Work and the subsequent modifications I wouldn't place any significance on an earlier award date.

The contract was awarded in 2019 but I suspect they changed the database description of the award in 2020 to include COVID (probably the contract allowed for add-ons/substitutions). We saw that with the WTO database with COVID PCR Tests being added to PCR Tests in 2020 and that description showed up for the years before COVID suggesting these tests were being shipped when it was just PCR tests for other things.

You need to look at the actual contract, but thats unlikely to be available
