It is time everyone on this substack called or emailed their US Congressperson and their 2 US Senators immediately today demanding immediate legislation stopping the "vaccine" mandate to the National Guard on penalty of losing benefits or of being terminated unless a religious exemption is in play. A strong supporting reason is that the FDA Emergency Use Authorizations are invalid because the statutory process rules were illegally not followed by HSS nor by FDA. HSS has oversight of FDA.
The first required step for any EUA drug approvals by the FDA is a mandated formation of an INSTITUTIONAL REVIEW BOARD, which never happened. Neither HSS nor FDA formed any IRB which is required prior to any EUA drug approvals. This means all EUA drug approvals by the FDA are illegal in my opinion. I remain uninformed if anybody is pursuing a lawsuit over this illegality upon which all FDA approvals for any COVID-19 EUA "vaccines" and also EUA treatment drugs such as Remdesivir were granted.

This forced drug coercion linked to one's ability to keep a job is also a major violation of informed consent, which is another federal law violation that is being ignored and disrespected. The COVID "vaccine" was actually a genetic modifier of the genes of the person jabbed, and this was hidden from the public which was confounded by the improper use of the term "vaccine" which has expectations of protecting against disease and blocking transmission of disease. The COVID "vaccine" in these ways improperly was established into human trials that skipped the animal phase to identify the safety problems, because the FDA, CDC, NIH, and others who had earlier been involved in such SARS Coronavirus animal studies already knew beyond any doubt that all the studied animals developed ADE and died. The COVID "vaccine" manufacturer's skipped this step for the COVID "vaccine" development intentionally, undermining any ability to honestly call their human trials with the COVID "vaccine" science due to the gross violation of the scientific methods required to do safety studies.
