Yes it was known more than 100 years ago, that vaccines are not safe nor effective. Only read one of the many books about it. Or read the ingredients of the jabs ! As to the card, it sounds almost like Good Dog ! But then again, the Europeans are more trained than Americans I think. (European born, living un the US for almost 20 years now)
