All I can tell you is that every time I went to the supermarket, the next few days after I felt abysmal at times. There was only one cause, being around the vaxxed (all of my friends I see on a regular basis are not vaxxed).
Anecdotal for sure, but there can be no other explanation. It happened every week. There was also a reference to this in the leaked Japanese Pfizer study (it recommended that trial participants not get intimate with their partners for a while due to what could only be interpreted as a shedding effect).
On another note, there is a great reddit post here that is well worth your time reading/reposting/analyzing. I think the OP is onto something:

I had that suspicion. An employee became very ill for weeks after his wife was shot with the injection because she worked at a convent and they forced her to. No. Not a positive development except that I have a better reason to avoid the idiots.
I hope it is just in very close contacts like parents and children. That it does not shed from friends or even strangers! Then nobody is safe but Robinson Crusoe on his island.
This is really interesting. It'll be great when the medical community is forced to acknowledge that this happens. I think they will continue the charade till everyone is so numb, they don't even notice

It’s definitely a bad thing.
We shed all kinds of antibodies and cells. Why is this a concern?
Also, even if we shed spike there is no way for it to get past the first line of our immune defense (skin and mucosa).
Now if we shed viable vax mRNA in exosomes, I would be more concerned
I had heard of shedding in multiple articles, but so far, have not been affected.
My family are all multi-vaxxed, and have had Covid-19.
I remain unvaxxed, and have not.
At 69, I have to credit the "Zelenko protocol ", which I have diligently followed daily since April, 2020.
